Recognizing the critical need for mental clarity and support, our founder saw an opportunity to provide resources to help people grow and thrive amid the uncertainty. The GIVING Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Founded by a compassionate mother from Newark, NJ who deeply understands life's challenges.
We launched initiatives that combined entertainment, delicious food, and networking opportunities to foster connection and community. These events brought entrepreneurs and community members together, creating a supportive network during a difficult time.

We receive funding by donations, community support and minimal fee’s from members who are able to pay. We are working towards various affiliations through required certifications which will allow us the option to apply for grant funds when available.
