Welcome to The GIVING Foundation, Inc., guiding individual visions into new greatness. Recognized as a 5013c, nonprofit organization, the foundation was birthed from a mother with a vision, to uplift and nourish.  Raised in the streets of Newark, NJ, our founder understands firsthand the challenges and struggles faced by many. With a heart full of compassion and a determination to make a difference, she created this platform to provide essential resources and as available - funds to assist, support and uplift those in need.

Our mission is to uplift and nourish organizations, companies, and individuals within our community by offering support, resources and when available financial assistance/donations. We are a self-funded nonprofit organization, powered by the generosity of our supporters and the dedication of our founder and board members. As a registered 501(c)(3) organization, all donations to The GIVING Foundation Inc. are tax-deductible and go directly towards making a positive impact in our community.

Founded in 2020, The GIVING Foundation Inc., was created during a time of unprecedented global challenge. As the world grappled with the impacts of COVID-19, our founder recognized the urgent need for mental peace and clarity amidst the chaos. With so much time to reflect, it became clear that there was a significant lack of resources available to help people grow and thrive during such trying times.

In response, we launched a series of successful initiatives aimed at providing support and fostering a sense of community. We introduced networking events that combined mental break entertainment, delicious food, and opportunities for connection. These events brought together entrepreneurs and community members, creating a supportive network to help individuals navigate the difficulties of the pandemic.

Since our inception, we have continued to expand our efforts, always driven by our mission to uplift and nourish our community. Through dedication and the unwavering support of our founder and donors, we remain committed to providing essential resources and financial assistance to those interested.
